What Does Rectal Bleeding Indicate?

I have been having bright blood when I wipe...I use 4 stool softener Each day ever since my Colon/rectal surgery 3 years ago..I had a Colonostemy 2 years ago..Had a rectal palop .. I have recently found out that my grandad,dad,and 2 brothers..died of Colon Cancer..I m female.I have had a few palops..my dr.waits 5 to 7 years for a next one.....What can I do to help this?

You go through colonoscopy. Don't eat commercial products. Don't eat spicy food. Take the advice of gastroenterologist.
