What Does Rare Epithelial Cells In Test Report Indicate?

i am a 42 year old male. just did some tests and the results state rare epithelial cells. I am going crazy until i can see my doctor. does this mean cancer?

i am 5'6 185 lbs and have never had any medical condition. do not take any type of medicine not even tylenol.
