Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi There

First of all i want to correct you that the report you have mentioned is of ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY not EKG.

According to the details you have given its seems like your mitral valve diease. As there is mitral valve regurgitation (MR) which means your valve is leaking, A Mean gradient of 6 mmHg suggest the mitral valve area is also reduced which means narrowing/stenosis of the valve, E/A are Diastolic filling velocities which shows how competently your Left Ventricle gets filled up with blood coming from LA through MITRAL VALVE during DIASTOLE.

Its advisable that you should consult a cardiologist personally and get your self evaluated properly.

I wish you good Health
