What Does "marked Sinus Arrhythmia With AV Block" On EKG Suggest?

I had an ekg today with this printed on the top.

Sinus rhythm with marked sinus arrhythmia with 1st degree AV block
Right superior axis deviation     
ST & T wave abnormality, consider inferior ischemia
Abnormal ECG
Vent rate 78 bpm
PR interval 238 ms
QRS duration 108 ms
QT/QTc 376/428 ms
P-R-T axes * 181 163

Please upload the pic of ECG. The printed report on the ec is frequently inadequate and inaccurate so not reliable. Anyway, whatever mentioned is first degree av block and this may occur due to medicines if you are on some medicines. Also, may be age related and needs to be monitored. Also, mentioned ischemic changes in inferior territory, which may usually be present even on Normal individuals however need to see ECG for this. But, considering this you may need further investigations like echo or TMT.
