What Does " Incidentally Bullae Of The Upper Lung Zones" Mean In An X Ray?

I'm a foundry worker and smoker. 44 years old. Just had chest x-rays that showed " Incidentally bullae of the upper lung zones, right greater then left side with mild apical chronic pleural scarring " I am not sure what that means. Should I be concerned ?

1.Emphysematous changes are generally seen in case of the smoking individuals with a long history.
2.As long as non significant - only remedy is to stop smoking will be definitely helpful.
3.Pleural scaring - is seen in case of the previous treated infection which leaves the trace of healed condition.
4.In this case if you are symptomatic - an HRCT high resolution computer tomography is investigation of choice of definitive diagnosis.
5.A Course of antibiotic with a followup x-ray will be helpful to the differentiate.
