What Does " Bilateral Hilar Congestion With Prominent Broncho Vascular Markings- Bronchitis" Means?

hello, I just had an X-ray of my chest. it says that " Bilateral hilar congestion with prominent broncho vascular markings- Bronchitis". I'm suffering from cough for last 60 days. now i am under treatment..what should i do further for precaution and advice me to take proper food.

Bilateral hilar congestion with prominent broncho vascular markings may be due to inflammation,infection like bronchitis.
You also need routine hemogram.
You need clinical correlation and require conservative treatment.You may need antibiotics,steroids depending upon findings.
You should consult your doctor.
You should avoid dust and smoke.
