What Does Questionable PLC Clumps, Immature Gran And NBRC In An Infant Mean?

Hi doctor, my son had a platelet count in the reading 491 m3/ul when he is 3 weeks old The report show question mark in PLC clump, immature gran, NBRC. May i know what does it mean? But doctor said everything is ok, now the insurance company query about these. The blood test was done due to prolong jaundice.

In case of newborn this blood picture is normal but after day by day it will be switch on to normal blood picture. So i suggest you to follow up regularly.
