Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Presence of pus cells is an indication of infection of your tract. Quality of sperm is also poor, make sure that sample collection method and time duration taken in observation was correct. As delay in observation can cause more dead sperms. You need to take antibiotic medications like Doxycycline or Norfolxacin. After clearing the infection your sperm count and quality will improve by itself. You also need to take some antioxidants. Avoid smoking if you do. But still your count is enough to be a father. It will not result in infertility.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Awadhesh P Singh Solanki
