Hello
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com

I have read query for your sister.

* The presence of pus cells and epithelial cells in urine indicate urinary
infection usually from dehydration altering urine pH ; which is also
responsible for giddiness as well.

* I would strongly recommend to concentrate on her hydration persistently
even after the current issue is solved.

Regards.
