Pulmonic regurgitation indicates that blood flows back from pulmonary artery into the right ventricle of the heart. Ideally, this flow of blood across the heart valves should not occur when the valves are closed.

Your report suggests the presence of rheumatic valvular disease of the heart. The mitral valve (between left atrium and left ventricle) is stenosed - lets less blood pass through the valve and when closed, some blood also flows back. But this is not severe, probably just the beginning of a mitral disease. Similarly mild backflow across tricuspid valve. (between right atrium and right ventricle)

But the stenosis (tightening) and backflow across the mitral valve has caused blood to be retained in the left atrium causing its enlargement.

I hope I have answered your question. Please do let me know if I can help in any other way.
