heaviness in stomach and chest - feels like blood pressure cuff around my neck choking me. very light headed and short of breath. feel like I am going to pass out. have had complete cardiac evaluation with cath. found nothing. any idea what this could be

As per my opinion, this symptom could be due to hyperacidity and gas formation in the stomach. For quick relief, drink Eno. Also take capsule Omeprazole + Domperidone, 12 hourly.
Avoid spicy and oily food for at least one week. Take low fat and cholesterol diet like rice. Also do ultrasound abdomen to rule out other abdominal pathology.
