What does pressure in the abdomen indicate?

4 days ago I woke up with lots of pressure in my belly, after a few hours I threw up several times and started to feel better, followed that up with diarrhea. next day was really hard to drink or eat anything. third day no appetite. fourth day started eating but feel very lethargic and everyone keeps telling me how pale I look. I don t think I had the flu because I never had a fever. should I be concerned?

Off and on, I will have a feeling of fullness/pressure after eating. This happens more often at night, especially if I eat late and I m not active after eating (I usually work 2cnd ahift and my job involves walking after dinner). It can be particularly bad when I go to bed.

Been experiencing on and off pressure (not really pain) in my upper abdomen, below by ribs. Feels like a muscle is trying to tighten up, but then it releases. No other symptoms, I feel fine other than noticing this for past 4-5 days. Healthy 50 year old female. No prior issues.
