I have transabdominal and TVS recently to check if I am pregrant and here are the impressions:
1. multifocal myoma uteri 2. thickened endometrial lining. rule out hyperplasia. 3. nabothian cyst, cervix. 4. small cystic nodule, right ovary, most likely physiological in nature 5. left ovary not visualized which maybe obscured by overlying bowel shadows 6. negative for fluid; cul-de-sac 7. no instrauterine pregnancy seen at the time of examination
You have multiple fibroids in the uterus. There is also think endometrium,it may be due to hyperplasia. It can be diagnosed exactly by biopsy. There is nabothian cyst in the cervix. These are asymptomatic cysts and doesn't require any treatment. There is small physiological cyst in the right ovary. Left ovary is not seen due to bowel gas. No fluid noted in POD. No signs of pregnancy at present Hope i have answered your query.
