What Does Positive Pregnancy Test And No Gestational Sac On Ultrasound Indicate?

in my pregnancy test im positive,based on my last menstration im 6wks pregnant,but i am experiencing bleeding or like a menstration now..the result of my trans vaginal ultrasound shows that there is no gestational sac found,only thickened endometrium..im wondering if i am reall pregnant bec right now im still having spotting or more than 10days now..

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. I had gone through your history and it seems to be like you are pregnant but sometimes spotting occurs because of less progesterone . So in this case you need to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. No need to worry much. It is a very common problem in pregnant ladies now a days and it will be OK.
