What Does Positive ANA In Blood Test Mean?

Hi I am 29 years old. I have had recent blood and my results show a positive ANA of 2560 pattern Homogenous. The other antibodies are negative. My vitamin D is 21.2 , blood UA is 1+, urbilinogen is increased, RBC UA is 10-20, mucous UA is 2+ and trace of protein. Also my Esinophol is at a 6. What could this be? Iam going back to the doctor this week and want to know what questions I should ask.

your blood test is positive for ANA, with homogenous pattern. it means you have autoimmune disorder. homogenous pattern is seen in SLE, Drud induced lupus commonly. your eosinophil count and trace protein are also due to that. If you go through complete ANA profile then its ok and if not then go through complete ANA profile. you are suffering from auto immune disorder. consult doctor and take treatment for that.
