hello.,welcome to hcm
placenta is a structure from which the exchange of nutrients and waste products of baby occur... if it situated in lower segment, it is called placenta previa which has bad effect on baby and normal delivary is not possible in certain cases of placenta previa.

your placenta is in upper segment of uterus and on posterior wall of uterus..so this is good... grade suggests its maturity...by USG it is grade 2 which is normal..as pregnancy period will increased, the maturity grade also increases...

normal delivary depends on many factors including your general condition, your baby weight, fetal well being, amniotic fluid index, pelvis type etc....
the route of delivary can be decided at the time of delivary after complete assesment...
just do routine visits and take care of fetal movement...

thanks
