What Does Pins And Needles In Left Thumb Mean?
my left thumb is having pins and needles pain in it. if I lay down on my left side with my neck propped way up as far as I can stretch it that pain leaves in one minute. returns in 555 min aafter standing. I had a disk removed at c6 c 7 10 yrs ago and a bone implant and plate put in. had similar but much worse pain when that disk burst on the right hand.

Pins and needles in thumb suggests involvement of the nerve supplying the thumb.
A history of removal of disc at level C6-C7 can be the cause of neurological deficit.
I suggest you to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management.
