Fibroids are usually seen in your age group of females. However, it is a benign condition and no need to worry. If it is of small size medication like NSAID, and birth control pills or progesterone pill will be required to shrink down it and to normalize menstrual bleeding.
The larger size requires removal by surgery. You told about the cyst. Actually where it's situated. Before concluding to biopsy, please take the opinion of another gynecologist before going for biopsy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Hiren Hirpara
