What Does Pink Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi, I am 29 weeks pregnant. today I have found a pinkish color with the tissues I have used after urination. in fact same color I have found at my white color pant. I call my doc and she said take gestrenol 5mg twice a day and keep looking it for the next 2-3 days if it is remains the same then she told me to come to her chamber. I want to know why this pink color is appearing ! is it blood ?

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I think you should consider visiting a gynecologist to determine the source of hemorrhage. Maybe it comes from vaginal infection or other problems like placenta previa, and if you have or not contractions ,the risk of preterm delivery needs to be evaluated. Also colum uteri needs to be checked.
