What Does Paracentral Protrusion Suggest?

Hi just recently had injury taking care of my patient and MRI showed Broad-based left paracentral protrusion at L4-L5 rsults in significant narrowing of the left lateral recess and may compress the traversing left L5 nerve root aside from L1-L2 Bulging disc and L2-L3.will I benefit having laser of lami with discectomy? Do you have Spine MD on line or Neuro-Surgeon on line? I just need opinion.

These MRI findings are suggestive of a disc herniation, which is compressing your nerve root. For this reason, surgery or laser therapy would be the best treatment options. You can find neuro-surgeon on this site. Please ask a specialist query for a neuro-surgeon.
