Hi,

Possible causes for pain in both armpits are swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, folliculitis, neuropathy, pleuritic pain or breast pain.

Until further examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Check for cardiac pain or fibromyalgia also.

Use tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days. Use tablet Ultracet twice a day for five days. If symptoms don't improve, please consult your doctor. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I am 58 years old and i have had a triple heart by pass surgery 3 months back and angioplasty of the leg 1 month back. I had started feeling a bit better just before the angioplasty but since after that I am feeling very weak, have suffered fever & fatigue, most of all i have an increased heart beat around 114 in 2 consecutive ECGs done a week apart. The pain in the leg is also quite unbearable, can you plz suggest what should be my next course of action, medically or at home taking care of myself.

I feel weak and dizzy when I stand up and move around. Light activities like walking up steps leave me short of breath. I have been to my Dr, she did an ekg,a chest xray, and a ton of blood work. Everything came back normal, I am scheduled to see a cardiologist
