Dear User

Thanks for contact HCM

Pain in testes you have may indicate you have some problems like infection or inflammation or other problems that need examination. If you feel enlargement of testes you should examined for hydrocele that means fluid around a testicle that can appear as testicular or scrotal swelling. Also, if you feel enlargement of veins within the scrotum and does not involve the testicles it may indicate varicocele you have. You also may have epididymitis or inflammation of testis due to trauma or sexual transmitted infection that will cause you that pain.My advice is to see your doctor to examine you as you may need investigations for assurance.

Wish you a healthy life
