What Does Pain In The Shoulders And Neck Along With Headaches Indicate?

Dear Doctor,I am 30 yrs old, I ve face during five years, I have pain from left/right shoulder to my neck and sometimes I get very headache my left eyes color sometimes get bloody from very bad headache, I refer to many doctors with prescriptions, normal exercises and Physiotherapy, but still the result is negative, The following MRI Result as below; Qoutated -Early Cervical Spondylosis -Bilateral paracentral disc bulge is seen at C5-C6 vertebral level causing indentation upon the thecal sac, mild narrowing of right exiting nerve root. - Rest essentially normal study UnQoutated

You have confirmed case of cervical spondylosis. You need painkiller as tablet Aceclofenac and muscle relaxant as Thiocolchicoside. You should observe proper posture of neck while sleeping, reading or sitting. Do neck exercises.
