What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Hip Postpartum Indicate?

I am having pain in my lower abdominal area & in my hip bones since I have had my baby via C-section. It feels like it is in my hip bones on each side & in my lower abdomen & is made worse by too much walking. My baby is 7 weeks old. I don t know what could be wrong.

Hello,
Its normal to have mild pain and slight discomfort after having baby. It will subside soon after 12 weeks. No need to worry.Do kiegel exercises and regular yoga will subside this pain. If you still feel this pain, then do an ultrasound pelvis.
