General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [urologist] and to confirm do CBC with differential.

2)Do take prescribed medication as per test report only.

Do follow few preventive steps like this -

1)Apply a warm, wet compress, such as a washcloth dipped in hot water to the affected area.

2)Take over the counter pain relievers, like ibuprofen may help alleviate your pain.

3)Take adequate rest. You often need rest to aid your recovery from the underlying condition.

Hope that helps
