Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

It is possible that you may have spur/plantar fasciitis. This refers to inflammation of the plantar fascia which is tissue under the foot. There are stretching and strengthening exercises online that may help combined with reducing the stress on the foot (reduce prolonged standing and walking) and medications. Medications such as Ibuprofen or Cataflam or Naproxen would be helpful. I hope this helps.

Hopefully this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
