What Does Pain Behind The Rib Cage On The Right Side Indicate?

I have a pain in my rt sidein the middle not front or back along my rib cage. I had a ear infection that I could not have treated till yesterday. I have penicillin now . Do you think pain result of infection.. also had yellow urine .. Dehydration?

It could be due to costochondritis and not related to ear infection. You can take analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If pain persist get a chest X-ray done.
