Hi I am female aged 30 with 3 children under 10.I have been currently been experiencing pain back of left arm and leg behind elbow and knee like cramp or muscle grow pains. But also severe sudden pain of left hip suddenly dis locating where I can t put weight on it to walk.comes and goes but

You can use anti-inflammatory ointments for some time and a kneecap if there is a pain while walking. if the pain increases further or there is a swelling you see then do an x-ray knee anterior view and lateral view and visit an orthopedic for the same.
