What Does Pain And Swelling In Knees Indicate?

i have knee pain my knee feels stuffy and it don't appear swollen i have a medicine i have been subscribed to take called naproxen and it don't seem to help today i straightened my knee and there was a sharp stabbing pain and i bent the knee and walked it out and it eventually went away all the pain feels like its coming from behind the knee i would like to know what it could be

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having osteoartheritis changes in your knee joints giving rise this problem.
go for x-ray for having degenerative changes in the joint or some some ligament and cartilage damage.
Go for patellar exercise daily.
do bend your knee more or do not sit on squatting position.
