Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

There is a likely simple cyst in the right ovary and is measuring 68 x 65 mm. This is a benign finding. Please talk to your doctors and discuss follow up. If there us severe pain in the area then a surgery might help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vivek Chail, Radiologist
