What Does Numbness In The Feet Indicate?

I woke yesterday with my left foot numb and cooler than the right foot. It felt like I had a Charlie horse up to my knee. It went away in about one hour; then my left hand experienced the same problem. My leg is fine and just sore as though I had a spasm; my hand to my elbow feels like I over exercised the muscle. Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your toe.

As per your symptoms it can be the simple calcium deficiency or it can either be the early symptom of Rheumatoid Artharitis.

You must visit a orthopedic expert for further evaluation.
