What Does No Yolk Sac And Fetal Pole In Pregnancy Indicate?
My first day of last period was 14 march. I did intercourse on 28 march On 11 April I had some bleeding. I did pregnancy test on 17 and usg on 23 April . In usg report shows a sac but no yolk sac and fetal pole . I already had 2 fertigyn 10000 injection . Now what to do?

Thanks for writing.
The ultrasound scan of early pregnancy always shows the gestation sac then the yolk sac and last the fetus. So it may be possible because of scan done before the fetus is usually seen.
Please wait for a week and then the scan to be repeated preferably by transnational route.
If still fetus not seen then it's a unviable pregnancy and you have to discontinue all drugs.
