What Does No Cardiac Pulsation And Fetal Node From Ultrasound Mean?

hi, i have just competed my two month of my pregnancy(my last period on 19th march).i have undergone ULTRASOUND SCANNING two times during this two month.first time scanning was on when 1 and half month and second time was just two weeks after the first time(on 20th of may).both the time report says *No cardiac pulsation seen and No Featal node and Yolk sac seen and A single intra uterine gestational sac imaged and gestational sac measuring 25x31 mm.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.In your case its corresponding to 7 weeks gestation with no fetal cardiac activity seen.
2.Its more towards missed abortion.
3.Normally 5-6weeks trans vaginally 6-7 weeks trans abdominal the heart rate should be seen.
4.Mostly a followup scan to confirm, if nothing come up then go for medication to get aborted.
5.Folloup scan because some time your LMP could be wrong and things like that.
6. Hope it helps you.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
