What Does Nipple Discharge, Irregular Periods In A 15 Yr Old Mean?

I am concerned because my soon to be 15 year old daughter went 5 months without her period, got it for 2 months consecutively and now has not had it for 3 months. Her prolactin is elevated and she has nipple discharge. Saw a ped. endocrinologist about a month ago. All tests he ordered came back within normal limits. At the time of that appointment, the first question he asked was "nipple discharge". At that time, we were not aware of any but since then, it is happening. What could this mean?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This is just nothing to worry the effect of maternal hormone might be the cause of this, with the time level of this hormone will be eliminated and then such symptoms would be no more there, no need to treat this condition, hope this information helps you have nice day.
