Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from large uterine fibroid.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.

Fibroid can be treated by both means conservatively and surgically depend upon many things like age, family is completed or not etc.
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogs are commonly used in the medical treatment of fibroids.

If conservative methods doesn't help, you may need myomectomy(surgical removal of fibroid).Hysterectomy can be considered if family is completed and after proper clinical evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
