What Does My Urine Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I am 34 year old female. Sometimes I felt burning feeling while passing urine around passage. My test done for this are: Urine Routine, Urine Culture, Urine Sendtivity. Urine Routine results are below: urine appearance is slightly hazy . Pus cells :2-3/hpf, Red Blood cells: Occasional/hpf, Epithelial cells: 12-15/hpf. Urine Culture and senstivity show No growth in aerobic bacterial culture . I want to know is there any concern while I am having that burning sensation but no UTI found. I am also having stone in my both kidneys. Is that can be a reason for that.
