Pediatrician 's  Response
hi
your urine report is normal for that time

gonorrhea presents with white cervical discharge in female and white urethral discharge in male.
if you have something like above clinical symptoms, microscopic examination(specially gram stain is required) of that discharge will be helpful for diagnosis.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your urine report is within normal limit.
However, your partners urine report shows plenty of white blood cells.
Presence of white blood cells suggest urinary tract infection.
Urine culture needs to be done to know the infectious agent causing infection and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
