What Does My Urinalysis Report Mean?
i m 63 years old 5 3 235lbs. i have fibromyalgia, severe copd ibs and numerous other problems. i have severe low back pain for which i get epidurals. the last 3 days my back has hurt a little higher up and 2 5mg oxy doesn t help. i had urnialysis - what does ur - wbc-occ-3/hpf mean

In health, 0-5 WBCs or pus cells per hpf can be present in the urine.
In your report 0-3 WBCs are present, thus, this is not indicative of urinary tract infection.
The back ache can be associated with fibromalgia.
I would suggest you to consult your treating doctor for review of the drugs given.
A little change in dose or drug may be required to manage the back pain.
