Hi my wife has pcos and she was taking metformin 500 mg od folic acid 5 mg od and ginfast sachet od... 14 th day of menstruation did ultrasound shows 10 mm sized follicle!!! Now doc adviced for inj foliitrope75 iu for 2 days and come back!!! Will follicle mature with this with in 2 days???
