What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I did an ultrasound and it said, Both ovaries are bulky, nodular, echogenic and show marked stromal hypertrophy, multiple tiny follicular cyst seen in situ arranged in periphery (ball of strings appearance). Average cyst size 10mm. Features are consistent with PCOD status. What does this mean??
