What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I m 52 had a mammogram with two suspicious spots followed by an ultrasound and biopsy. The original biopsy was fibroadenoma and stage 0 DCIS. I m also a veteran. The original biopsy was done by a civilian doctor. The VA changed the diagnosis to atypical ductal hyperplasia instead of DCIS. They told me that the area was small so ADH or DCIS would have the same treatment. Are they the same? I m scheduled for lumpectomy surgery in three weeks.
