General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From what you are reporting to me, everything is clear: you are having gallstones. They are responsible for the pain you are experiencing on your lower right side.

So, should consult further with gastrohepatologist to decide for best treatment strategy: medications? surgery? or other alternatives.

For the moment, I can only suggest watching what you eat especially to avoid oily/chilly/spicy foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
