What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?

my first ultrasound was done @13 weeks 5 days and the foetal biometry is as follows:

BPD =2.26cm 13 weeks 6days

HC =8.30cm 13 weeks 5 days

FL = 1.11cm 13weeks days

AC = 6.70cm 13weeks 3 days

EFW =74gms +/- 11gms

FHR = 160bpm

nuchal thickness =1.7mm

is everythin normal and can u plz tell my baby's gender.

Maturity of fetus is 13 weeks 5 days.
BPD(Bi parietal diameter)measures 2.26 cm corresponds to 13 weeks 6 days.
HC(Head circumference)measures 8.30 cm corresponds to 13 weeks 5 days.
FL(Femur length) measures 1.11 cm corresponds to 13 weeks days.
AC(Abdominal circumference )measures 6.70 cm corresponds to 13 weeks 3 days.

Estimated fetal weight(EFW)is 74 grams.
Fetal heart rate(FHR)is 160 beats /min.
Nuchal thickness is also normal.
