What Does My Ultrasound Indicate ?

i am swetha i take usg abdomen & pelvis test pelvis are uterus is anteverted. normal size. Endometrium is4.7 mmthickness. mymetrial echoes are normal. cervix is normal in calibre, endocervical canal is normal. both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture right ovary follicle measuring 22* 16 mm seen.this test will help me about my suspect pregnency. but i am feeled which one is moved or it is what is this

welcome to healthcare magic. it does not seem that you are pregnant. you have a good sized follicle so may be you are going to ovulate. how long have you been trying to get pregnant? this seems like your fertile period since you may ovulate now. have you done a follicular study earlier?
