What Does My Ultrasonography Report Indicate?

I am 40 years old and during periods i get sever back and lower abdomen pain. the ultrasonography report says Uterus is anteverted and has normal shape and size. Focal hypoechoic lesion noted in left postereo lateral was measuring 1.5 X 1.0 Cms. Impression: intramural uterine fibroid.

The report shows that you have one fibroid in your uterus. A fibroid is a benign (NOT cancer) swelling.
Your swelling is small and is unlikely the cause of your pain.
