What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Result Indicate?
I have a question about menopause and the possibility of getting pregnant, and No I do not want to get pregnant. I had been using Bio-identical hormones for several years but the way they were prescribed I was still getting a period. So I stopped taking them about a year ago and had not had a period then until Jan. I went to the doctor to be checked and she did a transvaginal ultrasound, the results were my uterus is sorta larger than normal and she says nothing to worry about. She also gave me the number for my hormone levels and I guess that is really where my question comes in. I would like to know would this mean I am producing eggs and could become pregnant. Now also you should know I had my tubes tied 24 yrs ago after my last daughter. The numbers my doctor gave me are FSH- 30.7 and Estradiol- 11.2. Suzie

welcome to hcm ..as the tubes were tied years ago ..even if eggs are being produced the female cannot become pregnant as the eggs can travel to tube to come in contact with sperm .
