Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports, you may be suffering from PID(pelvic inflammatory disease). You need further investigations and clinical correlation.
You may need to take antibiotics after diagnosis is confirmed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
Bilateral immature follicles in both ovaries is normal finding.
Hope i have answered your query.
