General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your reports and I can understand your concerns. Sperm count is gradually decreasing over time and all other parameters are within normal limits.

The sperm count of 15 million is considered normal and your last value is 9 million. You can consult a urologist to look for possible causes like varicocele which might lead to this.

If your partner fails to conceive, you can seek help from an infertility specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
