Dear sir,Good day My semen analysis test summary Quality....2.0 ml Reaction....alkaline Liquefaction time ....20 min viscosity....present Total sperm count....61.6 million/ml Active...70% Sluggish. ...10% Dead....20% Morphology Normal...90% Abnormal. ...10% Pin head....07% Giant head...01% Double head...01% Double tail...01% Other findings....leukocytes 3-5/hpf Macrophages 0-1/hpf
Sir.I humbly request to you please check my semen analysis test report and give me feedback. it is good for pregnancy? Thanks with best regards

Hello

Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection.

Motility is normal.Normally it should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests overall 70 % motility,so it is normal.

Sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.

There are few pus cells in semen.It may be due to contamination or infection.
You may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,semen culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need to take antibiotics.

Other findings like colour,volume etc are normal.

Fertility and sperm motility are expected to increase with control of infection.
If findings persists then you may need assisted fertilization technique.
Avoid alcohol and cigarettes if you take these things.
