What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate ?
Dear Sir/Madam, I am 30 years old man, seeking for a child. Both me and my wife are trying our best but yet not get result.I ve tested my semen( volume: 03ml, color : whitish,total count: 120 million/ml, morphology: 80% morphologically normal, active motility:80%, pus cell: 15-20/HPF, comment: normozoospermia with infection).Would you please tell me the status of me? Can i be a father or what can i do now sir?

Your reports for semen analysis are absolutely normal except for mild increase in the leucocyte counts/pus cells.
This suggests that, you might be having a minor infection. this will get cured with 5 - 7 days of antibiotics. Consult you doctor for further details on antibiotics. Ofloxacin should helpful in my opinion.
There is no reason why you can be a father.
Every thing is normal wit you.
So be reassured

Your semen analysis is within normal limits, except for pus cells. You need to get that treated with antibiotics.
More over your wife also needs to be investigated to see if every thing is perfect, with her. This will include ultrasound examination also.
If her investigations are also normal then, you can certainly become a father.
